    Description

    This lot has a perfect spot to build a house or a cabin at the top near the road. It is level, already has a well and is wired for electricity at the utility pole. This lot does connect with Douglas Lake. When I was there to take pics of the lot, I noticed a small stream running through the property that fed into the lake. I assume that it is not a year round stream, but I could be mistaken. From the flat piece of the property, it begins to gently slope down to the lake.
